Simply register or log in to your account, browse our menu, add items to your cart, enter your delivery address, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation immediately.
Yes, creating a free account is required to place orders. This helps us save your address, show your order history, and process refunds if needed. Registration takes less than a minute!
The minimum order value is ₹150. Orders below this amount will show a prompt to add more items before checkout.
Currently, we only support instant orders. Scheduled delivery is a feature we're working on and will be available soon. Stay tuned!
We aim to deliver your order within 30–45 minutes of confirmation. During peak hours or bad weather, it may take slightly longer. You'll be notified if there's a significant delay.
We currently deliver to select areas in Hyderabad. Check our Delivery Areas page for the full list of serviceable pincodes. We're expanding regularly!
Delivery charges depend on your distance from our kitchen. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders above ₹499 may qualify for free delivery — check our active offers.
Yes! Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status — Confirmed → Preparing → Out for Delivery → Delivered — from your account's order history page. SMS updates are also sent to your registered number.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
Absolutely. All online transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
If money was deducted but your order wasn't confirmed, don't worry — it's usually a temporary hold. Contact us at hello@spicyspark.in with your transaction details and we'll resolve it within 1–2 business days.
Yes, you can cancel within 5 minutes of placing the order, before preparation begins. After that, cancellation may not be possible. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
We're sorry about that! Please contact us within 24 hours with your order ID and a photo of the item received. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 2 business days and reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password", enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@spicyspark.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email. We'll process it within 7 business days.
