We understand that plans can change. Here's when you can cancel an order:

Within 5 minutes of placing the order
You can cancel freely. Full refund will be processed.

After 5 minutes — order being prepared
Cancellation may not be possible as preparation has begun. Contact us immediately and we'll try our best.

Order out for delivery
Cancellation is not possible once the delivery partner has picked up the order.

Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Order cancelled within 5 minutes of placement.
- Wrong item delivered — item received does not match what was ordered.
- Missing items in your order.
- Food quality issue — spoiled, contaminated, or inedible food (with valid evidence such as a photo).
- Order not delivered within 2 hours of estimated delivery time with no communication from our side.
- Payment debited but order not confirmed (technical failure).
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Order cancelled after preparation has begun (beyond 5-minute window).
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Customer unavailable at the delivery location after multiple attempts.
- Dissatisfaction with spice level or taste preference (as our menu is authentic Andhra/Hyderabadi cuisine with bold flavors).
- Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery.

Raise a Request
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone with your order ID and issue description.

Review (1–2 Business Days)
Our team will review your request. We may ask for a photo or additional details.

Approval & Processing
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2 business days.

Credit to Your Account
Refund reflects in your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
Refund Methods
- Online Payments (UPI/Card/Net Banking): Refund credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: Refund issued as SpicySpark wallet credits or via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 3 business days.
- Wallet Credits: Instantly credited to your SpicySpark account and usable on your next order.
