Request permanent deletion of your Spicy Spark account and personal data.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When your account deletion request is processed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number) will be permanently deleted.
- Your order history will be anonymised and retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by Indian accounting and GST laws.
- Any active orders at the time of deletion will be fulfilled before processing.
- Pending refunds will be processed before account deletion.
- You will no longer be able to log in to or use your account.
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please ensure there are no pending orders or refunds before submitting this request.
How to Delete via the App
If you prefer in-app deletion: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and follow the prompts. (Feature coming in a future app update.)
