Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy covers how Spicy Spark delivers food orders to customers. Since we are a restaurant food delivery platform, "shipping" refers to the delivery of freshly prepared food to your specified address.

    Note: We do not ship physical goods or parcels. All orders are freshly prepared food items delivered by our delivery partners within Hyderabad.
  

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within select areas of Hyderabad, Telangana. Our primary service area includes:

S.R. Nagar and surrounding neighbourhoods
Ameerpet, Punjagutta, Begumpet
Yousufguda, Banjara Hills (Road 1–5), Jubilee Hills
Madhapur, Kondapur, Gachibowli

Delivery availability is determined at checkout based on your pincode. Areas outside our delivery radius will be notified at the time of placing the order.

2. Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charge: ₹40 per order.
Free delivery on orders above a threshold (shown at checkout if applicable).
Charges may vary during peak hours, festivals, or adverse weather.

3. Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value of ₹100 is required to place a delivery order.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Average time: 30 – 45 minutes from order confirmation.
Times may increase during peak hours (12 PM – 2 PM and 7 PM – 10 PM), weekends, or public holidays.
Estimated delivery time is shown on the order confirmation page and is not a guaranteed time.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order status in real time through the Spicy Spark app or website under "My Orders". You will also receive SMS/notification updates at key stages: Order Confirmed, Preparing, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.

6. Failed Delivery

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you (no response to calls/messages), the order may be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Please ensure you are reachable at the contact number provided at the time of order.
If your address is incorrect or incomplete, we are not liable for non-delivery.

7. Special Circumstances

Delivery may be delayed or unavailable during:

Extreme weather conditions.
Curfews, strikes, or public safety restrictions.
Technical outages beyond our control.

In such cases, we will notify you and offer a reschedule or full refund.
