Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Spicy Spark, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund or cancellation, and how to request one.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Kitchen Confirmation: You may cancel your order for a full refund before the kitchen has accepted it. Check your order status in the app or website.
- After Kitchen Confirmation: Once the kitchen has started preparing your order, cancellation is not possible.
- Cancellation by Spicy Spark: If we cancel your order due to item unavailability, system issues, or inability to deliver to your location, you will receive a full refund automatically.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You received an incorrect item.
- The food delivered was inedible, spoiled, or unsafe to consume.
- Your order was not delivered within a reasonable time and you were not notified.
- A duplicate charge was made to your payment account.
- Your payment failed but your bank/wallet was debited.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
- Contact us within 30 minutes of delivery (for food quality issues) via:

- For payment failures, include your Order ID and a screenshot of the deduction.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business hours during operating hours (11 AM – 11 PM).
4. Refund Timeline

| Credit / Debit Card | 5 – 7 business days |
| Net Banking | 3 – 5 business days |
| Razorpay Wallet | Instant – 1 business day |
| Cash on Delivery (if applicable) | Credited as Spicy Spark wallet balance |
Refunds are processed via Razorpay and credited to the original payment method. Timelines are from the date of refund initiation and may vary by bank.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after order preparation has begun.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Food quality complaints reported more than 30 minutes after delivery.
- Promotional or discounted items (unless defective).
